Joshua Kerrigan: Stay in Shape Doing the Things You Love



Physical fitness is very important to Joshua Kerrigan, the founder and owner of Yacht Management, a company based in Florida. However, you won’t find Kerrigan running loops around a parking lot or working out on machines at the local gym. Rather, Joshua Kerrigan believes that life is too short to spend working out in boring ways. He loves to get his daily exercise in doing the activities he loves.

Joshua Kerrigan loves diving in the Bahamas whenever he gets the chance. Diving can be a great cardiovascular exercise. Once you have all of the equipment on, you’ll definitely start to “feel the burn” in your body – in the best possible way!

Joshua Kerrigan also loves to swim. Swimming has been touted for many years as one of the best injury-proof ways to exercise. Unlike running and lifting weights, there’s no impact between your body and another surface when swimming, which makes it a really safe way to exercise.

  • Do you like being indoors or outdoors? If you prefer to be indoors, then there are tons of great indoor sports like racquetball and basketball that can be fun workouts. If you like to be outdoors, why not do something like paddle boarding? Joshua Kerrigan recently started doing “SUP” Stand Up Paddle boarding three times a week.
  • Do you prefer competitive sports or individual activities? Everyone has their own preference on this. Though Joshua Kerrigan has his competitive nature, he usually prefers non-competitive activities like diving and paddle boarding. However, to each his own!
